The COVID-19 pandemic and remote learning have resulted in a variety of well-being and sleep-related problems, as well as some favorable sleep related outcomes, in the post-secondary education community. In a series of qualitative and quantitative studies we will identify environmental and dispositional factors that are protective or have negative impacts on sleep for post-secondary students, faculty, and non-teaching staff. Special attention will be paid to individuals with disabilities.
