Central Access Reader reads text and equations out loud from Word documents or from content pasted in the software. Users can listen to the text being read aloud and follow along while the text is highlighted. Users can customize the font type, font colour, background colour, and the interface. Central Access Reader uses the voices already installed on the computer and it can save the audio as an MP3.
