The Adaptech team met with Dr. Rob Cassidy, Academic Dean of Dawson College to talk about accessibility and inclusion at the institution. There was also a discussion about how Adaptech can contribute to making the college’s environment more accessible/inclusive.
Adaptech Co-Director, Catherine Fichten, was invited to participate in the consultation initiated by the Ministère de l’Économie et de l’Innovation (MEI) as part of the development of the next Quebec Research and Innovation Strategy (QRIS). Marie-Ève Rioux-Massie has been awarded a scholarship from the Quebec Association of Post-secondary Students with Disabilities (AQEIPS). The award highlights the determination and commitment of a student with a disability in a university graduate program in the province of Quebec.
