Blio is a free eBook reader. It allows the user to change the size of pages, to zoom in and out, to take notes, to highlight text, and more. Blio can also read eBooks aloud using a built-in text-to-speech synthesizer and it can use any voice that is installed on the computer. The speed of the voice can be adjusted to fit the user’s preference.
