All of us at the Adaptech Research Network mourn the loss of co-director, Maria Barile, who passed away on July 24 after a short illness. A long time, tireless community advocate on behalf of Canadians with disabilities, we at the Adaptech Research Network were extremely fortunate to benefit from her years of knowledge and experience. Maria had a profound influence on our work, she inspired us all, and we will all miss her greatly.
