This app is a text-to-speech reader that comes with 36 built-in iOS voices in 27 languages. It has a built in web browser to extract text from webpages, Dropbox integration, ePub/eBook compatibility, and supports many formats (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Plain Text, HTML, etc.). There is also PDF support but it is experimental and cannot not read all PDF files. There is a built-in English dictionary and a translator that must be purchased separately. The text that is being read out loud is highlighted and font size and reading speed can be customized.
