Ace Buddy is a speech utility based on Microsoft Agent technology. Ace Buddy can read any text in any window: simply select the text you want to be read and press Ctrl+C.

Click, Speak is a free extension of the Firefox browser which reads web pages aloud. It has multilingual support, as it can detect the langauge of the website and read it aloud in that language.
