Prizmo is a scanning and text-to-speech application. Prizmo uses optimal character recognition to detect text in images and in PDF documents. Prizmo can also read text aloud in 26 languages and users can select the voice and reading speed. Scanned documents can be saved as a searchable PDF, TXT, RFT, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. With iCloud, documents can be shared from Prizmo to any other devices. Prizmo can export to Evernote, Box, Dropbox, Google drive and WebDAV.

Readiris is an optical character recognition software. Users can import and convert JPG, GIF, PSD, PNG, TIFF, BMP, and PDF documents to an editable format. The editable document can then be exported to PDF, DOCX, XLSX, ODT, ePub, Audio, RTF, HTML, TXT, TIFF, JPEG, or PNG. Once converted, files can be read aloud via iTunes.
