Notability allows users to handwrite, type, record, and organize notes. The notes can be set to fit the users preference (left handed more, themes, font styles, etc.). The app can record the surroundings and link it to the text that was written (so the user can click the sentence and it will play back what was recorded when it was written). Anything that was inputting on the note can be zoomed in on and edited. The notes can be shared through twitter and email in PDF, RTF and notability’s paper and recordings. The notes can synched with iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Box. In addition, the app can open PDFs and allows users are able to annotate them.

Phraseology is a word processor and text editor app. Text files can be imported from any app on the device and once they are open, the user has many features to benefit from. Some of these features include adjustable font size and style, word count, number of times a specific word was used and where, easily moving paragraphs/sentences above or below others, and more. The text files can be exported to apps within the device, and attached to an email.

This app allows user to write with word prediction and phonetic spelling. The user can choose their level of spelling ability which alters the level of word prediction support. The app also has a text-to-speech engine which can read words, sentences, and paragraphs out loud.
