IVONA Text-to-Speech HQ is the main app that needs to be installed to use IVONA voices. When then app is selected, it brings you to all the available voices that you can download. Once the voice(s) are downloaded, they can be used in any app that can use text-to-speech. For example, it can be used to read ebooks out loud in an ebook reader app that has text-to-speech enabled.
