December 2012 – Adaptech Co-Director Jennison Asuncion was presented with a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal

On December 4, Jennison Asuncion, Co-Director of the Adaptech Research Network, was presented with a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal by RBC. He was recognized for his work at RBC, for his fifteen years researching and speaking on technology and postsecondary students with disabilities with the Adaptech Research Network, along with his volunteer work raising accessibility awareness within the high-tech community in Canada and abroad, and his ongoing involvements with the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB).
