Anick Legault

Anick Legault obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology from UQAM. Before joining Dawson College in 2010, she conducted her experiment for her PhD in self-monitoring of academic behaviours in Colorado with students learning French as a second language, conducted research on auditory discrimination with English Language Learners at University of California at Riverside, and completed a teaching internship at Chapman University College in southern California on classroom management and specific cases. While her doctoral research was on Effective Teaching Methods, her passion truly is teaching using Information and Communication Technologies in an inclusive teaching practice, particularly the use of Smartphones in the classroom as a pedagogical and learning tool.
