Assist graduates with disabilities from a Quebec English language college or university find employment

This project was completed in 2016.

This study is funded by Entente Canada-Québec (ECQ). The goal of this study is to explore successful strategies for obtaining employment reported by recent graduates with disabilities from a Quebec English language college or university. We are asking graduates who are employed about how they found out about their jobs, what helped them get their jobs, and what advice they have for other recent graduates who have a disability. The ultimate goal of this study is to help future graduates with disabilities get employed by developing a list of successful strategies for obtaining employment provided by peers who have been successful in getting a job.
